Enjoy exceptional cuisine through Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare Culinary Services. Our Menu offerings reflect some of our most popular selections and demonstrate the talents of our in-house culinary team. Whether you select from our suggested menus or challenge one of our chefs to design a menu to meet your specified needs, we will deliver outstanding food and service.

Order Policy

To provide you with quality service, product, and service personnel, we request that orders are to be place at least one week prior to your function. Ten days notice is required for large functions. Orders booked without sufficient notification may be subject to product and staff availability.  Please call the catering manager at 630-758-5133 (hospital) or 630-758-8400 (Center for Health) if you would like assistance planning your function.

Guarantee

If an order is placed shorter than the above time frame, substitutions may apply. The organizer undertakes to pay the quoted rates for the number guaranteed or in attendance, whichever is greater. We are, however, prepared to serve 5% above the guaranteed number of people attending the function.

Invoicing

For external groups; Prior to the function, Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare requires contact name, billing address, and phone number. A copy of Tax exempt letter must be in file if an organization is tax exempt.  For internal groups: billing will be transferred using departmental cost center number.

Cancellation

Minimum Order Charge

Please note that some menu items have minimum billing numbers. For example, the Pasta Bar has a minimum billing number of 20 guests. Please call us if you need to order an item for less than the minimum number of guests (billing will be based on the minimum billing number).

Staffing Fees

Most functions do not require additional staffing charges, however some functions will. For example, the Omelet Bar requires a chef to prepare your food to order. You must select this option when ordering your function through Catertrax. Large functions or those that occur outside our normal operating hours may require additional staffing charges. Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare Culinary Services will notify you in the function that this occurs shortly after placing your order.

Room Reservations

Room reservations can be made Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) by calling Conference Room Scheduling 630-993-5615. Please indicate your desired room set-up, audiovisual equipment, and allow for ample set-up / clean up times for your function.
